The corporate boardroom will be designed for executive meetings and presentations, requiring a high-quality system capable of supporting both digital and legacy analog sources. Future-proofing is essential, with considerations for 4K resolution and the latest presentation devices. The system must be reliable and simple enough for top executives to use seamlessly during collaborations.

System Design:

• Display Setup:
  Twin Displays: Two identical wall-mounted flat panel displays (either interactive displays or projectors, based on room requirements) will be positioned side by side on the front wall. This configuration allows for simultaneous viewing of two different sources, ideal for videoconferencing, document comparisons, and other applications.
• Source Connectivity:
  Computer Sources: Cable managers will be integrated into the conference table, providing power and a variety of digital and analog ports for connecting presentation devices. The inputs will support 4K resolution and will retract smoothly into the table surface when not in use.
• Videoconferencing Capabilities:
  A single codec or software-based VC system (team/zoom)will be installed, equipped with one or two wall-mounted pan-tilt-zoom HD cameras. The system will support H.323 calls, Microsoft Teams, and other popular software VC platforms.
• Additional Equipment:
  The credenza will house an equipment rack that includes a Blu-ray player, a cable TV receiver, and a wireless presentation system.
• Audio Requirements:
  The audio system will support program audio playback from all sources, including executive laptops and mobile devices, ensuring high-quality sound throughout the boardroom.
• Control Interface:
  A user-friendly tabletop touchscreen control interface will be implemented, allowing executives to easily power the system on/off, select input sources for each display, initiate videoconferencing, and adjust volume levels.
